Train Track Tuesday #5

train-track-tuesday

Today’s Train Track Tuesday needed to be photographed from standing on top of Norton’s bed.Β  It was the only way to get it all in one frame. πŸ™‚Β  This track lasted a few days.Β  On more than one occasion, Norton stayed up past his bedtime and played trains quietly in his room.

We’re okay with that. πŸ™‚

What a huge track! I’m sure he enjoyed it!

And I’m totally okay with my oldest staying up past her bedtime or during her naptime as long as she’s quiet and in her room…it’s when I hear her jumping off her bed that I get worried. πŸ™‚

    • I’ve never been an “enforced bedtime” kind of mom. It’s not like you can make them sleep. I figure they’ll sleep when they’re ready. Even my 15 month old plays quietly in her room for an hour or so before she insists that I get her up in the morning. πŸ™‚

    Too cute!

  3. Chelle W says:

So sweet! I love it when the kids think they are getting away with something like styaing out of bed playing but we really know what they are doing. Summertime, toys, and children’s imaginations are so great.

  4. AlannaB says:

Wow, his train tracks last longer than my boys. I will spend an hour on it and they take it down in a matter of minutes!

    • He was pretty brutal in the beginning… but when he realized that Mommy wasn’t going to build him a whole new massive layout just because he kicked the other one over he got better.

  5. Shannon Stubbs says:

That looks like so much fun. I’m very excited, Charlie is getting a train tracks set and a bunch of other pieces for his birthday or Christmas, I haven’t decided yet when.

  6. I originally read this as Train Wreck Tuesday and was expecting something a little different πŸ˜‰ Great track! I think we’re going to be starting K’s train collection this year for his birthday

    • Train track is the best ever. Love it! I keep thinking that the next name of my website will be “Train Track Addict” but I can’t shake the love of fluff.
