Train Track Tuesday

Train Track Tuesday (Cloth Diaper Addicts)

After some of the insanely huge builds I’ve made for my kids, I’m starting to favor smaller layouts.ย  At least that will mean that there’s room to walk in the room.

    • They can get really huge, overwhelming, and fun. Honestly… I sometimes want to do a massive build in my bedroom downstairs since it’s huge, just to see how big and elaborate we can REALLY make it.

  3. That is quite the set up! My son loves to make a really big train set like that too!

  6. Very nice track layout. I make one every couple of weeks for my son, but he just turned two so it doesn’t always seem to last very long.

That looks like fun. I am still waiting for the day my daughter doesn’t want to destroy the tracks so I can do something like this for my boys.

This takes me way back. We used to cover the entirely basement floor with a layout. Kept him busy for quite some time…
Eventually I made a point of making a layout that gave us walking room, or a path of some sort. Sometimes just building against the wall (long tracks) or around (or even thru) a piece of furniture. Miss those days, but I’m about to venture into all this again.

That looks like something my brothers would have built, except they would have left it up ๐Ÿ˜‰
