Almost two years ago, Thirsties introduced us to Polka Dance as their newest print. Folks were elated by the variety of colours in the Thirsties Polka Dance. It was released in covers, all-in-one diapers, and the duo sized pockets.
The Polka Dance is over.
Thirsties has discontinued the Polka Dance print. (Looking back at what was around from Thirsties when the Polka Dance was released, I’m amazed at how much the brand has changed in the last two years! And all for the better.)
I have no official reason for why Thirsties has discontinued the Polka Dance… but my own personal theories are that this particular print has dropped out of popularity. Brown and pink was a really popular colour combination when my son and daughter were both born. People are now favoring greys over browns. So with that in mind, the Polka Dance may be getting passed over for other prints. There’s also, of course, the fact that Thirsties launched an entire nautical collection late last year, and every brand needs to trim their line up from time to time!
Are you sad to see that the Thirsties Polka Dance has been discontinued?
